October 26 Worship through music星期六去了一个悉尼一年一度在主内音乐侍奉的Conference
一整天，除了有讲道,唱歌，说在教会做音乐服侍的意义，还有两个选课。 我去的是Song leading masterclass, and Behind the songs
邀请了平时唱的歌曲的作词作曲人，给我们演示我们最后听到的成品，是怎样一步步写出来的，以及圣经中的话语是怎样给他们灵感。
福音歌曲的创作和流行歌创作真的很不一样，流行歌的创作很多都是虚构，还有一些商业成份的掺杂，很多时候创作人没有亲身经历过词中写的事情。写的时候是以拿奖，唱片销量，自我突破为目的的。而福音歌曲的创作则是，由内心发出赞美神的感觉，写的过程大多不会太纠结，通常是被某一段经节所感动，或者一次讲道，一次分享所赋予灵感。 今天有一个环节就是，从在座的人们中随便邀请了４个人，彼此不认识，给他们１５分钟准备，一段歌罗西书三章１２节的经文，台上乐器任用，除了要作出曲子，演奏出来，还要唱合声，最后和台下所有人一起唱一遍。结果，真的很好听，而且用这种音乐的方法确实帮助诵记经文. 我是觉得音乐在教会中很重要，可以给人很振奋的感觉，有些旋律很美的歌，确实可以触动心灵。
以前挺想在教会演奏乐器的，现在反而做了Song leading的事工 今天有句话印象很深刻，就是
As song leaders, we are not performing, but join people in congregation to worship God.
歌罗西书3:12-1712 所以你们既是神的选民，圣洁蒙爱的人，就要存怜悯，恩慈，谦虚，温柔，忍耐的心。
13 倘若这人与那人有嫌隙，总要彼此包容，彼此饶恕。主怎样饶恕了你们，你们也要怎样饶恕人。 14 在这一切之外，要存着爱心。爱心就是联络全德的。 15 又要叫基督的平安在你们心里作主。你们也为此蒙召，归为一体。且要存感谢的心。 16 当用各样的智慧，把基督的道理，丰丰富富的存在心里, 用诗章，颂词，灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，心被恩感歌颂神。 17 无论作什么，或说话，或行事，都要奉主耶稣的名，借着他感谢父神。 October 23 Stepping stonesHave been thinking a lot lately...feel like thinking in English makes much less complicated sometimes .

Someone told me , "the comfort zone or happy mood holds people back, it makes you less motivated"
Well, difficulties are encountered by all of us at every turn, difficulties and difficult people are everywhere.
It's unnecessary to tell everybody our encounters , most of them will only become other people's burden. Also, they become ourselves' burden by repeating them.
When people are in slumps they always tend to complain or be upset, it's totally understandable, but just we need to calm ourselves down and figure out the solutions. All things are difficult before they are easy, just like we work hard in school in order to make our life easier in the future. It has been quoted widely that difficulties are stepping stones to success. Without them , we can never grow up. However, this doesn't mean that we have to have negative news all the time. Apparently, the main features of "NEWS" are their dramaticism and negativity, media tend to be interested in news because that's what sells, and the implication behind that is the human nature. People brace for bad news, and then show compassion , with these, one can boost self esteem. Don't deny, we all have these thoughts before, that's why people are most likely to be real friends with those who don't share anything in common with them, or no competitive or profit elements involved. My point is, despite the fact of external problems, difficult people and unexpected difficult circumstances do exist all the time, no matter how life treats you, or how much people around want to turn you down, what we have the most trouble with in life is ourselves, we all have negative thoughts time to time, however,we ought to have optimistic attitude, not idealistic by believing everything will turn out to be good, or God will help us whenever , I am just saying , negative thinking will only make it more difficult for us than it already is. Some people always say, "I will never forget the days when I was......" I wouldn't say there's no point of rememberring hard times,it's hard to forget, but we can't get us caught up by those all the time, we must forget the slights that come our way and move forward. Problems in life and difficult people help us to strengthen ourselves, A great attitude helps to make the difficulties dissolve and to silent the difficult people who try to side track you on your life journey. As I said, positive attitude alone can't solve all , however, "it's the starting point of all the richers"! Sometimes, life is filled with trivial things ,it can be even brutal, but that's only the small part of it. we need to step over those difficulties, actually, most of the time, the thrill of life comes from a difficult job well done. For me, seeking guidance from Bible and going to church really help me alot on positive thinking, it's not like I ignore the problems and being unrealistic, but just view the problems in a new light and try to find solutions when panic. 见面后像上星期刚见似的～ 一天去Museum, Watsons Bay , 书店，逛街吃饭看电影,感觉好久没这样了。非常有大学交完所有作业，然后补完觉第二天出行的感觉 从foundation到现在，５年多了,身边的人有的人回国了，有的人留下了，有的人工作了，有的人还在读书，有的人依旧坚守Media，有的人选择了别的行业，大家都以不同的方式上演各自的故事.
晚上去看Fame,严格说来是一部严重抄袭High school musical 3 的片子，构思拍摄情节都一般,
可是，讲了从一个艺术学校大学一年级到毕业的过程， 还是很适合我们回味一下的～
里面有句话: Success is you wake up in the morning, and you are going to do what you are passionate about.
上星期看到另一句话～似乎更确切
Success is you walk down the street , and you smile to yourself
第一次阴雨天去watsons Bay~~美丽的风景，就算天气再不好，也不能掩盖它所有的美
生活也是这样,阴阴晴晴很正常
即使生活中有阴霾～也可以get something out of it.
最重要的是，记得阴霾始终是短暂的
太阳只是被挡住了，并不是不见了

All pretty much stereotyped definitions~~nothing like the one I read today,haha
"Media planning is a lot like cooking --you need to get the right balance of indredients.
In cooking, unless you understand the contribution of all your ingredients you won't get the flavour you are looking for.
In marketing, unless you understand the impact of all elements of your activity and the impact they have on each other, you won't truly understand the overall benefit. "
I like this analogy~~~
I should have thought about the relevance
Media planning allows me to access all kinds of medium, so that I am not limiting myself into one box
Cooking enables me to try interesting mixture so that I don't need to order the same thing with the expection of the same outcome
That makes so much sense why I am passionate about them both huh!
